第三屆(2013)香港國際小提琴大賽章程(五)

　　比賽規則 Rules and Regulations

　　I. 適用於所有參賽者 (包括專業演奏組)

　　l 所有列明年齡限制之組別，參賽者必須在報名時提交有效身份證明或護照的影印件。

　　l 參賽者所填之資料必須屬實。如有違規者，其參賽資格將被取消。

　　l 對於評審委員會做出之最終比賽結果，參賽者不得提出異議。

　　l 參賽者可同時選擇報名多個組別之賽事，但必須獨立填寫申請表格。每份表格只接受一個組別之賽事。

　　l 組委會可以为參賽者介紹鋼伴老師，費用由參賽者自理。

　　l 參賽者已繳納之報名費將不予退還，亦不得轉讓他人或作另一比賽用。

　　l 如參賽者之演出超過規定時限，評審委員會有權終止參賽者之演出，不影響評分。

　　l 參賽者必須於比賽開始前15分鐘之內到達比賽場地，辦理登記手續。

　　l 組委會在有必要時可將比賽時間調動,參賽者不得異議。

　　l 評審委員會有權利中斷參賽者的演奏，參賽者不得異議。

　　II. 適用於專業演奏組參賽者

　　l 專業演奏組賽事分為初賽、決賽。初賽參賽者需將所演奏的參賽曲目錄製到一張CD光盤中，并連同報名表格、參賽費于2012年11月25日前交納至本次比賽香港或中國大陸辦事處或報名處。經評委審核後，方可邀請參加決賽。 組委會將於12月15日前通知進入決賽名單。

　　l 專業演奏組決賽賽制為淘汰制，所有進入決賽的選手均需要拉奏第一輪的曲目，由評委討論后會再公佈進入第二輪決賽的名單。比賽期間，評委有權從選手所報的參賽曲目中指定所需拉奏的樂章或曲目。

　　l 大會可為第一、第二、第三組參賽者協助聯絡鋼琴伴奏師，如有需要請聯絡本會，所需費用自理。參賽者亦可自行攜帶鋼琴伴奏.

　　l 少年專業組初賽指定曲目之一，中國作品：《山歌》之樂譜可在我會網站www.asiamusic.hk或唐音藝術網www.21tya.com下載。

　　III. 適用於中國大陸及海外參賽者

　　l 參賽者需參加所在地區組織的初賽，如當地沒有初賽，需要小提琴導師簽名推薦并經亞洲音樂家協會審核通過後，方可參加決賽。具體內容可諮詢本會中國內地辦事處

　　l 请填妥报名表格、身份證明文件副本連同報名費于2012年11月25日前遞交至亞洲音樂家協會內地辦事處或各分賽區組委會。大賽組委會將於12月15日前公布進入決賽名單。

　　I. For all contestants (Including Recital Classes)

　　l In all classes where an age limit is stated, contestants are requested to submit their ID/passport copy to verify their age.

　　l Contestants should not give any inaccurate or misleading information. Otherwise, the application will be disqualified.

　　l Decision made by panel judges is final and should Not be disputed.

　　l Contestants may enter more than one class. Individual entry form is required for each of the classes entered.

　　l The competition committee could recommend a piano accompanist for contestants, the expense should be paid by the contestants.

　　l Entry fees are Not refundable or transferable.

　　l Performance exceeding the specified time may be terminated.

　　l Contestants are required to arrive at the competition venue 15 minutes prior to the competition starts.

　　l The competition committee could alter the time of competition as and when required. Contestants could Not object to the arrangement when implemented.

　　l The competition committee could interrupt the performance earlier.

　　II. For recital classes only

　　l The contestants need record the repertoires which designed of the preliminary round in one CD, and submit the CD、entry form and entry fees to the office of committee before 25 Nov 2012. The judges will inspect the CD and decide whether invite the contestant to participate in the final round in .

　　l The final recital class would be an elimination series. All the contestants need to play the first round repertoire, the list for the second round would be decided by the committee. The committee has right to select any piece or movement from the repertoire submitted by the contestants.

　　l The competition committee could recommend a piano accompanist for contestants. The contestants need to inform the committee for such requirement when they submit the application form, and pay for the piano accompaniment fees. Private piano accompaniment is allowed.

　　l One of Chinese work ” Mountain-song ”music score with senior class in preliminary round, can download at www.asiamusic.hk or www.21tya.com .

　　III. For Mainland of China and oversea contestants only

　　l All contestants should participate in preliminary round competition in each province, or nominated by violin tutor.

　　l Please submit 1 photocopy of identity document of contestant, entry form ，one ID photos and entry fee to Asia Musicians Association mainland office before 25 Nov 2012.The list for the final round would be announced before 15 December.
